Beth Warchol
Vice President / Controller

Beth Warchol joined NMP in 2002 and assists the CFO with all financial accounting, reporting, analysis and tax functions for the firm’s funds and management company. Previously, she was an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen. 

Beth is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Florida.

Helen Castleberry
Executive Assistant / Accountant

Helen Castleberry joined NMP in 1983 as its fourth employee. After serving for more than 20 years as NMP’s Office Manager, she transitioned to a part-time basis in 2007. Helen is Executive Assistant to Charlie Moseley and also performs many accounting functions for the firm’s funds and management company.

Karen DeBolt
Executive Assistant

Karen DeBolt joined NMP in 2007. She brings more than 15 years of executive level support experience to NMP and serves as Executive Assistant for several of the firm’s partners. She received a BS degree in Finance from Florida State University.

Karen Harford
Executive Assistant / Office Manager

In addition to serving as NMP's Office Manager, Karen Harford provides support for several of the firm’s partners and is the front desk receptionist. She joined NMP in 2004 after working in the banking and brokerage industry for more than 20 years.
