Red Herring Honors Virtustream as One of Most Promising North American Startups

Cloud Services Innovator Wins 2011 Red Herring Top 100 Award

Bethesda, MD -- Virtustream, Inc., a leading provider of cloud services and nextgeneration
infrastructure solutions, today announced the company has won the Red Herring Top 100 North America Award. The award honors the most promising private technology companies and
entrepreneurs from across North America. Virtustream was recognized for innovation—the company has brought to market one of the industry’s first truly hybrid enterprise cloud platforms.
